Daily cleaning methods and storage precautions
If the filter cartridge is not going to be used for a short period, it is necessary to ensure its moisture level to prevent the filter membrane from becoming too dry, which could lead to a decrease in water production and a reduction in efficiency. This kind of damage is irreversible.
If it is not going to be used for a long time, it should be thoroughly cleaned before storage and kept in a dry environment.
When it is used again, the impurities in the filter should be drained first to avoid secondary contamination. Tap water can be used to drain and clean the filter before use.
Regular inspection and maintenance
After daily use of the high flow water filter cartridge, it is necessary to observe whether there is any damage or deformation on its appearance. If so, it should be replaced or repaired in time to avoid affecting the filtration effect.
During normal operation, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter should be monitored frequently. If there is a significant change in the pressure difference, such as a sudden increase or decrease, it may indicate that the internal high flow pleated filter element is clogged or has other problems, and it should be replaced in time.
