PES pleated filter cartridges are used in high-end filtration environments during actual filtration and have a wide range of applications. Therefore, when used on-site, the installation method is unique and requires special attention. If installed incorrectly, it may affect the operation of the entire filtration system.
Regarding the installation method and process of PES pleated membrane filter cartridge:
First, about the preparation work
Prepare all the necessary tools and materials, such as PES folding filter element, filter housing, sealing rings, wrenches, screwdrivers, and cleaning cloths. At the same time, ensure that the installation site is clean and tidy, with good ventilation and no dust.
Second, about the installation steps
After preparing the tools and materials, the next step is installation. Before installation, check the filter equipment to ensure it is not damaged. Also, clean the installation slots in the filter to ensure they are clean.Then, apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the O-ring of the PES pleated filter cartridge, or water can be used as an alternative to keep it moist. Insert the PES folding filter cartridge vertically into the installation slot of the filter. Then, cover the filter with a stainless steel perforated plate and press down on the top of the PES filter cartridge. Use screws to secure it. After tightening the screws, install the sealing ring and connect the inlet and outlet pipes. This completes the basic installation.
Third, about the filtration system check
After installation, start the filtration equipment to check the entire filtration system. Once no abnormalities are found, gradually increase the pressure to put the filtration system into effective use, avoiding sudden high pressure that may cause damage to the filtration equipment and PES pleated membrane filter element.
