The polypropylene melt blown filter element, also known as pp melt blown filter cartridge, is the most widely used precision filtering component in water treatment, chemical industry, electronics and other fields. It is made of food-grade polypropylene and is formed through high-temperature melting, high-speed spinning, fiber entanglement and solidification. The maximum forward pressure difference can reach 0.4 Mpa, with good pressure resistance, and it is unlikely to deform or break during operation. Furthermore, the filter element is made of pure polypropylene virgin material, which is non-toxic, odorless, and has excellent hydrophilic properties. The filtration process does not cause secondary pollution and fully complies with the hygiene standards and usage requirements of high-end industries such as water purification and food processing.
